Description

What is this? an actual storyline for CS?

I've tried to do storylines so many times but it just didn't feel right buuuuut i think now is the pefrect time to bring in a storyline as Anne is broaderning her business.

there is some of the storyline before this that I tried to do so here we go

I'm so bad at drawing people so i'm trying to use this as a way to practice them more so they don't look like blobs lol.

Breakups and Busy Days

It had been decided, Anne was going to move all of her actively competing horses on the long 20 hour flight from Queensland Australia the CS base of operations to Maine USA at Grassy Knoll Stables so that she would be closer to most competitions, also it made it less awkward not having to live in the same house as your ex but Anne would never openly admit that this was part of the reason for her move.
Most of the horses who were scheduled to leave with her were seasoned flyers, only a couple of her currently competing horses hadn’t flown before being Yarra, Mal, Jay and Phoebe, so extra precaution was to be taken with these four.

Anne had already said her goodbyes to the staff of CS the day before, at a surprise good-bye dinner hosted by Jiwon for her, she had made it clear that “she’d be back as soon as the next foal is born” as the CS facility had now become the breeding and retirement hub of operations for her brand.
She tried to avoid saying good-bye to her ex alessandro as it felt like bad timing due to their not so distant break-up that happened a month ago, although the pair were still friends and Alessandro agreed to be the head of the facility in Queensland, it didn’t make things feel less awkward for Anne.

Now standing in front of Wendy’s stall, petting his face as he nudged her to continue, while in the background the rest of the horses were getting loaded up into a trailer to take them to the airport, this was it, the day she was leaving for the US, this place held so many memories for Anne ever since her and Alex opened the facility in 2021, creating 5 star horses, expanding her business, getting sponsors, now nearly 3 years on she was off to start creating a new story in the US.
Getting sucked into her own thoughts she didn’t realise Alex standing right next to her.
“Oh my gosh you scared me!” she said as she jumped back, the stallion throwing his head up in dramatic effect along with her.
“Didn’t mean to scare ya, I called ya name a few times but no answer” Alex replied, chuckling with a slight awkwardness to his tone.
“Oh, sorry, um, so…” Anne’s words started to drift off as she started fidgeting, she still wasn’t sure how to talk to him even though it had been a month since their break-up, she’d hoped that the distance would do them good and that when she comes back it wouldn't be as bad.
“The horses are all loaded up and I’ve packed ya stuff in the car, just Wendy needs ta go now and I’ll drop ya off to the airport once the horses leave” Alex replies, if he was finding it awkward talking to Anne after the break-up he sure hid it well.
“Oh, ok” she said not sure how to answer him anymore, for now she needed to focus less on them and more on her flight that she was going to miss if she didn’t hurry up…
