A charismatic and suave man with a prideful and charming disposition. He's Sweet-talking and flirty to just about everyone. He is, however, easily flustered and gets really sheepish when he's given compliments or when people flirt back at him. Fleabag also kinda dislikes kids. He's the type to lightly push them away with his foot if they get too close to him or his stall, or immediately get someone else to handle a child if he sees them crying.

He was born and raised on the streets of Isla Rosa, never having known his parents and raised with a group of homeless people. Because of this, he grew a desire to give people what they need and a craving to live comfortably. He then set up a stall in the Marketplace, where he lives and does business. Not long later, he came up with an idea for a new type of trading: Randomized trade. This idea made him pretty popular among those in Isle Rosa, and people often come to his stall with random bit and bobs to try their luck and get something new.
