Yes, it's another PCA Fall Formal gown!...no, not really. This is actually a warm-up sketch of an idea I had for Hex's stage costume. As you can tell, she may be quiet and a little introverted at times, especially offstage, but the girl is anything but shy.
It still needs some work, though...and you can tell why she hates her traditional Luxray "butt fluff": it makes her ass look HYOOJ.
