Alternate titles: "A Swarm of Bumblebees" or "The Usual Slag-ups"

I have a condition I call "mould fever"...I become OBSESSED with collecting all possible variants of a particular Transformers toy (barring finances and availability...some day, Flamewar and Flare-Up...some day...). Obviously, in this case, it was TFA Activators Bumblebee, IMHO the absolute GINCHIEST figure to ever hold the esteemed and overused name "Bumblebee" (at least until I got TFA Jetpack Bumblebee last year...WHY didn't we get him in the U.S. goddammit?) and just a fun little toy to boot, as well as the only version of 'bee in-scale with most of the other TFA toys.

Of course, once I had all four versions, the writer side of me chimed up "Wonderful...so who are they?"

It didn't take me long to notice the similarities of two of them to the infamous G1 team, the Throttlebots, and the general similarities in style and transformation scheme to that "lauded" group, and since there were two canon G1 'bee lookalikes that the other two could be, after a few customizations a team was born.

L to R, these are Hubcap (vanilla 'bee), Searchlight (Patrol 'bee), Chase (TFA Cliffjumper with the head of a failed Glyph customization), and Bumper (Battlefield 'bee).
