I considered only the "main" chapters of the saga, not the exclusives

according to the official website, Liberation is technically a main chapter of the story.

I sort have a hard time considering "Liberation" part of the main storyline as i only see desmonds saga as the main series.

then I guess AC Unity isn't part of the main series since Desmond isn't a descendant of the protagonist

Well im not sure what to think of the new saga since desmond isnt around. But remember, Edward Kenway was taken from desmonds memories using the cloud, so im not sure if we can count that as Desmond Saga since these memories came from him, but hes not alive anymore. So we can't be too sure, although, are we sure the guy we play as in AC unity isnt a ancestor of Desmonds?

I count AC4 as part of the Desmond saga because it has a lot of exposition on Desmond when you go into the modern day and hack all the files

Yea, it's been confirmed that Arno is not an ancestor of Desmond. However, I wouldn't be surprised if Connor shows up in the game, but we probably won't play as him.Β

Well, maybe Connor would still be alive, considering few years past between our revolution and the french revolution. Though i doubt he be much of a assassin anymore.
Though you count these as one saga, just broken into diffrent chapters featuring diffrent characters as our main protagonist

Yes, but are you sure hed want to travel to france, especially when hed likely be over in america trying his best to keep the brotherhood strong there. I couldnt tell how old connor was anyway, but im sure it be best for him to stay in america at this time.
