Description
A few hours go by, Helacious got done setting up his new room while learning some of the new things Rouge bought for him. He then pulled out his phone to set up his speakers and connect them to his phone. Helacious want to test to see if it works and play some music, which it did work and surprised to see it. He then went to turn it off and left his room to go downstairs. While going downstairs Helacious sees Rouge and Shadow talking to each other.
Rouge: “Shadow, what’s going on?”
Shadow: “Nothing, *sigh* Eggman got away.” He then relaxes a little and breathes to try to calm himself.
Helacious: “Let me guess, That fat piece of shit is doing something evil again.” Helacious was in the middle of the staircase looking at both Shadow and Rouge.
Shadow: “It’s none of your business.”
Helacious: “He torture me for the past 8 years and did something to me I DON’T EVEN KNOW WHAT IT IS!” As he’s pissed off.
Shadow: “I could tell you mine but, it’s nothing compared to yours.”
Helacious: “Then tell me, how much did you suffer?”
Rouge is shocked by what's going on. She then goes to Helacious to tell him he’s making a mistake. But Shadow holds Rouge’s hand and looks at her.
Shadow: “Don’t, He needs to learn what happened to me and make sure he doesn’t make the same mistake.” While looking at Rouge.
Rouge nods and walks away. Helacious walk down the stairway and confront Shadow face to face. Shadow then walks to the back and Helacious follows.
Helacious: “Tell me, what the hell happen with you?” As he looks at Shadow.
Shadow: “I ain’t gonna tell you everything, but only some. I was created by Ivos' grandfather, Gerald Robotnik. He had a granddaughter Maria Robotnik who… was my only friend. Everyone was doing alright until one day happened. G.U.N raid the station I was on, they capture Gerald while me and Maria try to escape but she sacrifices herself for me to live. I then got captured myself when I first landed on earth. They put me to sleep for 50 years until Ivo rescued me and the rest is history.”
Helacious looks down, trying to think what to say but he can’t think of anything to say.
Helacious: “I wish I could say something but I don’t know what to say other than I’m sorry to hear that. What happened to Gerald and Maria after the raid? Also, why did Ivo or Eggman save you?
Shadow: “He thought I was a weapon and tried to use me. Of course I teamed up with him but I was wrong the whole time because I thought Maria wanted me to get revenge on the humans but I remember what she actually said. I then helped sonic to stop from all the things that went down at the time. I was weak and lost my super form until Eggman saved me from one of his robots. I lost my memory and Rouge saved me from one of Eggman’s layers and met Omega who’s part of G.U.N now.”
Helacious: “Why didn’t he torture you or what made you weak, or even what’s a super form?”
Shadow: “Listen, it’s too many questions for now. I will answer them but not until I know you more.”
Helacious: “I understand…”
Shadow walks away and Helacious looks down and gathers his thoughts to think what happened. He then looks up to see Rouge right in front of him. Rouge then grabs a seat and sits down while looking at Helacious.
Rouge: “I’m shocked by what he did. He nevers does that to everyone else other than me and Omega.”
Helacious: “Who’s Omega?”
Rouge: “It’s a former Eggman robot who joined us a while ago.”
Helacious: “I see, so… when am I gonna learn about what happened in the past?”
Rouge: “I was there as well but it’s Shadow’s choice in his point of view not mine.”
Helacious: “Alright, I can respect that.”
Rouge: “Well you're more than welcome to use the pool or go around the mansion but some rooms are locked though for good reason.”
Helacious: “Understandable.” While Helacious leaving the area.
Helacious walks around the pool and sees a reflection of himself in the pool. He then looks around to see a sunset and walks to his room to grab something. He went upstairs and opens his window curtains in his room realizing he has a balcony porch. He then opens the window and steps outside to feel the breeze of air. Helacious pulls out his phone and plays some music that you will listen to in New York City on a fancy rooftop in 2008.
Helacious: “So… this is what the rich life feels like. Have everything you want while you’re on top of the world. I guess tomorrow I need to start training for some power my parents had. Hell I may even fly if I’m strong but, I don’t know yet. The only thing I need to know is what to do next.”
Rouge: “Talking to yourself?”
Helacious turns around and sees no one there. He then looks back to see Rouge flying in front of him. He was surprised when Rouge listened to Helacious talking to himself.
Helacious: “Um… Hello There.” Nervous as hell.
Rouge: “Like the balcony? It sure is a nice view isn’t it?” While landing on the balcony with Helacious.
Helacious: “Yes I do, and indeed it’s a nice view.”
Rouge: “I’m gonna make an order for dinner tonight, Want anything?” While pulling out her phone.
Helacious: “I’ll just take a burger meal with a mountain dew as a drink.”
Rouge: “I got it ordered, It’ll be here in about 40 minutes because what they got to cook and deliver it over here.”
Helacious: “Let me guess, it’s like ordering pizza but, with other restaurants?”
Rouge: “Pretty much, I’m gonna leave you alone for now until dinner gets here.” While flying away.
Helacious then stares at the sunset, about to disappear. He has nothing to worry about anymore, He can finally relax and do his own thing in life. Helacious continues to stare at the remaining sunlight.
Helacious: “I’m safe for now mom and dad. Don’t worry, I’ll make the right decisions in life. I won’t fall and give up. I’m gonna make sure Dr. Robotnik repayes what he has done. I’m gonna do it for you two and the others who died in that raid and in that prison.”
30 minutes passed by and Helacious went downstairs to check out to see if dinner got here. Helacious check around but still no sign of food or anyone. He then decided to go watch some TV while he’s waiting for the food to get here. He then watched an old movie from back in his childhood days. He then hears the doorbell ring, Helacious paused the movie and walk to the door and see someone with a three bags of food.
Delivery boy: “Order for Rouge The Bat?”
Helacious: “Um…. I’m her roommate, is it alright if I take it and call her down?”
Delivery boy: “I’m okay with that, as long as someone payes.” While giving Helacious the bags.
Helacious then grabs the bags and the doors close automatically in front of him. Rouge flys in and gives Helacious some cash for the food and enough money to tip him. Helacious then opens the door and sees the Delivery boy waiting for the payment.
Helacious: “Sorry about that, I don’t know the doors closes on you.” While giving the Delivery boy the cash.
Delivery boy: “It’s fine, have a goodnight sir.”
Helacious: “You too.” While closing the doors.
Helacious: “Rouge, does the doors automatically closes or did you do something?”
Rouge: “I did, but it was an accident though.”
Helacious grab his meal and sit at the dining room table while Rouge is waiting for him and Shadow. Helacious sets up his meal to eat while Shadow comes in from the back porch. He then grabs his meal and leaves.
Shadow: “I got something to do, it’s important.”
Helacious ate his meal and throw away his trash and went straight to where he’s going. Rouge didn’t know Helacious was gone until a few minutes passed. Helacious was looking around and sees a light at the end of the hall. He then walks down the hallway to see a door is opened but not all the way. Helacious open the door and it’s Shadow put away something.
Shadow: “You didn’t see anything.”
Helacious: “I saw it Shadow, I want to know more.”
Shadow then gets up on his feet and stares at Helacious while Helacious stares back. Shadow then grabs what he's hiding. He then shows it to Helacious while Helacious was shocked.
Helacious: “I… Is that… a Chaos Emerald?!”
Shadow: “Yes and it’s one of mine I need for my missions in general. I could teach you more but, you’ll have to wait until tomorrow so you're more focused than right now. Plus, you're gonna learn a few things that'll save you in the future.”
Helacious: “Like powers or just simple?”
Shadow: “We start out simple then we start to get more advanced each time.”
Helacious: “When do I get use that then?”
Shadow: “When I say you're ready. That’ll be for a while but, the more you know your powers and abilities, The higher chance of you using this Chaos Emerald or any Chaos Emerald.”
Rouge: “There you boys are, I’ve been looking for the both of you. Teaching him the Emerald I see, well I’m gonna go to bed goodnight boys.”
Helacious: “So… what now?”
Shadow: “You better go and get some rest while you can because you have a big day tomorrow.”
Helacious: “I see, well goodnight.” Helacious walks out and stops at the doorway.
Helacious: “Hey, Thank you for saving my life a while back. I own you one.” He then left and went to his room to get some rest.
Shadow put away his Chaos Emerald. He then cleans up his office a little bit and closes his door and locks it behind him. He then went to his bedroom to get some rest as well. Helacious is now in his bedroom and thinking about what he’s gonna expect tomorrow. He then turn off his lights and went to sleep and will see what will happen to Helacious in his first day of training with Shadow.
