More art of Chirrup(my Wyngling) and Ikyri0n 's wyngling, Ambience

Ambience is less than pleased to be exploring outside of the Nook

Ambience was sitting near the edge of Auranna Forest, looking displeased and glaring at the tan wyngling next to her. "Chirrup, is there ANYTHING I can do to stop you from exploring this?" She waved her paw dismissively at the forest, her eyes focused on a pretty looking butterfly heading towards it.
Chirrup trilled, looking delighted as he stared out at the woodlands. "Don't be so worried, Ambience," he trilled. His head tipped like a mantis when he looked at the butterfly. "It'll be a wonderful experience. Good things aren't earned without risks."
Ambience face-pawed, shaking her head slowly. "This was such a bad idea." She groaned.
He snickered, stump of a tail making a failed attempt to wag. "Just look at how much space there is, it was never quite this pretty back there at the Nook. You like the bugs, don't you?" he tried as he stepped down a slope, sticking his nose into everything that had a smell.
"This is all probably really dangerous." Ambience shivered, from the cold or the idea, it was hard to tell. "I bet there's a bunch of creepy weirdos who sit in the woods drinking sap all day."
"That would be quite strange indeed," Chirrup conceded. "But you must admit, there's some creepy weirdos at the Nook who really mean no harm. Perhaps we'll find some other pleasant ones here as well." He stared around, bouncing up on top of a fallen log and sticking his nose down one of the holes in it only to yelp in surprise when a formerly sleeping creature hissed angrily at him.
Ambience huffed sternly. "What will Ms. Netty think when you've DIED out there?!"
Chirrup sniffed once. "I wouldn't know, I would be dead, y'know," he teased. "But that won't happen, after all, I have you to keep me from doing anything too stupid." He stuck his tongue out at her. Chirrup crawled halfway onto the first branch of a tree before sliding back down to land with a thump on the ground. He grinned blissfully. "I can't wait until I'm grown-up like Ms. Netty," he decided dreamily. "Can you imagine being able to fly like some of the wyngrew can?"
"Flying sounds DANGEROUS." She remarked with just as much uneasiness as ever.
Chirrup tipped his head, raising one brow. "Y'know, eating is dangerous, you could choke and die. You can't dwell on everything that's dangerous, Ambience. If you do that, you won't get anywhere. Bugs are dangerous. Some of them are poisonous. If they're dangerous and you avoid danger, how will you ever become a bug researcher? Danger is tied to opportunity, is my point."
Ambience hesitated for a moment at his comment about bugs. She hadn't thought of that before. "I still think this is a terrible idea and we're going to run into something we didn't need to see, but, oh well, let's get this over with."
Chirrup chittered out a laugh as he bounded forwards again. "I think this is the best idea yet. You ought to figure out how to do things before you have to leave the Nook anyway, it's good to know your surroundings while planning your future, I say. You'll have to accept it sooner or later," he said, smiling.
"You can STILL lead a good life without walking off like an IDIOT into danger!" Ambience reasoned. She growled under her breath.
Chirrup's tail stub wobbled. "Don't worry so much. It's bad for the brain, I'm sure," he added as he leaped over a log and took off at a trot.
Ambience grudgingly followed him, silent. Despite Chirrup's eagerness at this whole escapade, she was certain this was going to end badly.
