Ok... This is my think: Pose is perfect, also the angle. The F is too open and the ISO too tigth. Shutter Speed to slow. For this kind of portrait you should use a F 10 or less (but no less than 5.6) and an ISO 100 or 200, so the exposision would was about 15 - 32. Depending ISO and F. with the same ambient light. Ok. Is an auto photo, so may be you cannot mesure so accurately. But You should try more shots.
Personally, I don't like Posterizations.
