What kind of technic do you use? It looks like vectors mixed with painter. It works anyway.

It only works 'cuz girls jiggle a bit when they do that.
Here's how it works: You provide a minor distraction that causes us to look at you. Then you jiggle. Then we're distracted for a bit, which allows you to Frag us.
My GF does this often in Nightfire. When we get close. And she has a Golden Gun.
Which is why I like sniping, or a grenade launcher (can't remember what it's called...not the Aims 20, the other one...)
