Sleep Patterns: light sleeper, but he does have a habit of passing out if well and truly exhausted; regular nightmares plague his sleep, causing him to sleep even less than he normally does – Dr. Chakwas has attempted to prescribe a sleep aide to help block the nightmares, but his body decided that instead of falling asleep it would actually get so wired he does not sleep for days.
Daily Rituals: shower after waking up – if he slept the night before, read over mission reports, eat in the mess, work on mission reports, talk to crew, go on the occasional mission, more reports, work on latest model ship, sleep – maybe.
Health: fairly healthy, keeps to himself if he is ever injured unless dragged to med-bay by his ear, constantly sleep deprived and under stress, somehow manages to function despite all odds – and injuries, medicine normally does the exact opposite that it is supposed to on him.
Hygiene: he attempts to stay as clean as possible, hates having gunk over himself and his armor, always takes a shower in addition to decontamination no matter the mission.
Patience Level: highly patient, more than enough patience to deal with a Krogan in the middle of a blood rage, known as a master negotiator and diplomat when he is not bashing people’s heads in.
Structure Level: normally goes in without any major plans, believes creating a plan would just blow up in their faces so why bother with them.
Instinct Level: very instinctive, does use logic when negotiating or talking people down, otherwise uses instinct and reflexes.
Anger Level: it does take a lot to make him angry, however once angry it is difficult to calm him down and he often makes rash decisions – rasher than normal at least.
Mode of Self-Expression: he collects model ships and loves piecing them together in his spare time.

Personality Basic: Paragade
Personality Detail: primarily a goody two-shoes, but he does have a major rebel streak; for the sake of your life, never mention what happened on Mindoir, while it got him to where he currently is those several days are the hardest on his memory; he can be happy and the charming Spectre that is required of him one second and the next he can be cold, calculating, and a stubborn hard ass; he tends to balance his logic with his emotions, leading to interesting situations when having to deal with women coming onto him – and not understanding that he was never going to be interested in them; a good listener, tending to draw out other’s pasts and secrets in order to gain their trust as well as establishing an unconscious block between himself and them – hardly anyone aboard the Normandy knows a lot about his past, and he is not willing to share; is very open towards other races, having spent fifteen years of his life surrounded by them and knowing how each race reacts to different techniques and subtleties; absolutely hates leaving anyone behind, so do not expect him to without complaint or guilt; does not kill unless there is no other option (battles and skirmishes not included – he can push those away as self-defense) (Mindoir not included – he had to protect his brother no matter the costs to himself or others)
