Description i just colored this for fun... my dad's computer screen is actually super light so i dunno how the colors came out for this picture...

Going on my theme of fairy tales and fantasy, my vampire is beautiful and Thumbelina’s coming out great, so for my final I want to do one on Hans Christian Anderson’s The Seven Wild Swans. Eliza’s life started to sprial out of control when she stepped into the bath that her evil sorceress stepmother drew for her, so I want the general background for this to be blue to represents the bath water, maybe on rice paper chine-collé. There are going to be red poppies I’m going to make linographs of to represent the mother trying to curse her. Then I’m also going to make linographs of swan down feathers to go with the ending of the story where she does save her brothers. I’m going to sketch the image I sketched above onto an etching plate and use either black ink or dark dark blue ink...
That’s the idea. Let’s see how it goes!
