Very nice, I really love the patterns.
I've always wanted to do some damascus of my own someday. Do you have any particular steel types/brands that you would recommend for producing a slightly more 'discreet' damascus? By that I mean I mean that the differences in the steel still being visible, but less so than in your blades.

I use very few types of steel, because they all need very specific techniques to forge them, and one man can't master them all

Use any kind of spring steel with very thin layers of iron, they will weld easily and the contrast will be more discrete.

I enjoy the little details. The border on the sheath and the punch work on the pins are very effective.

Thank you. Actually the pin is a kind of mosaic pin. The large 6 mm tube pin has 4 smaller tube pins placed inside of it, and filled with epoxi resin
