Description
This is the second of my three major antagonists for the still in development sequel to 'Tortured Hearts and Dark Legacies' and it's Tucker Foley as a cybernetic ghost.

The give a basic idea of how this is Tucker, he is the TUE version of Tucker who died from the Nasty Burger explosion. The cybernetic body is actually a suit because his actual form happens to be severely weak. So Ghost Tucker found cybernetic machines and used his ectoplasm to fuse the metal onto his ghost body.

As a cyber ghost, Tuck is specialized in remotly opperating any and all machines. His personal favorite machine happens to be a new type of weapon the GIW created called the White Devil units. He was able to hack into their systems thanks to his cybernetic body and reprogram them to target the humans trapped in Amity Park should they escape the city.

He pretends to be loyal to Dan, but he has his own agenda.
