Ha ha. I love it. The first thing I noticed that kinda bothers me is Mac's right arm. It's just straight down at his side. Boring! It should be up in the air similar to his left in the defensive position. I'd also like to see his pose pushed more. Have his right leg back supporting him and arch his back some. This is Kryptonite!! He should be TERRIFIED!

I've got nothing to crit on Bloo though. You nailed him.

dude, the Bloo, Blue, however you spell his name... that is the money right there. You nailed him

For the glowing effect, what I use, as bad as it is, is filter-render-spotlight

I duplicate the pic, and use the spotlight on that level, then play with the opacity of that level to get the effect I want... kinda cheesey, but it works rather well, and rather easily.
