Did you ever wonder what happened to all the Redheads that the Red Devils kidnapped?
A question that many people of Hellchester have thought.
Do they join the gang ? Are they forced into doing so?
That is true for some of them, these are the women that simply wanted to join. To disappear their kidnapping a cover ,away to get away from their boring mundane lives.
For others the reality is a lot grimmer. Those who are not willing to become part of the gang are put in the re-education room.
A room in the basement of the Red Devils bar on the outskirts of town. These women spending a few days learning what is expected of them. Often with brutal punishment from Cherry and her whip.
Once their education is completed they are given their new uniform. Similar to the full Red Devils uniform. Except in black this is to distinguish between the serving girls and full members.
A serving girl is the bottom of the barrel and has to serve and cater to the every whim of a full fledged gang member.
Something they will gladly do if they remember their time in the re-education room.
When they are not acting as little more than slaves to the gang, they can be found serving behind the bar at the Red Devils own themed bar.

The girls behind the bar still wear the gas mask and goggles. A rare occasion but sometimes the bar does get visited by a unsuspecting customer.
Most see it as a novelty ,someone cashing in on the famous Red Devils. With no idea that this is actually the base of operations for the actual gang.
If the serving girls work hard enough and prove their loyalty. After a few more sessions in the re-education room, they might be able to join the gang and earn their Red Suit!
Something that all that pass through the re-education process long for.
They live to serve and one day ,they will get their chance to be the ones in command.
