Mostly, you can't win all of the time, even when I do win, I still get pretty banged up.

Ironic.

>"A universe > A piece of paper, but still dropping that piece of paper, because you're weak, and you even had help to lift it, but you still dropped it."

Half-truth. The book Superman lifted had infinite pages; therefore infinite mass. Either way, lifting strength =/= attack potency.

Hold up, what's wrong with using lol? It's still a very relevant and commonly used phrase...?

And an infinite number of universes > An infinite number of pieces of paper and still dropping it even though you had help.

Lifting strength and attack potency are both dependant in the power of your legs, I don't know who told you that, but lifting capability and striking strength are very closely connected, have you ever been in a real fight? I know this stuff, you take out someone's leg? Their power's GONE! Therefore! Lifting Strength will effect your attack potency, again, I don't know who told you they aren't connected, because frankly that is so far from the truth, it doesn't even sound believable and frankly I'm disappointed in you that you believe it.

It is not lmao.

Infinite universes equal to infinite pages; they're both infinite. Divide Infinity by two? Still Infinity.

Firstly, associated fallacy. Using your legs to do something =/= being the same. And lifting strength isn't the same as attack potency. Unlike most forms of attacks, a lift is a slow, sustained motion which allows for many more muscles fibers to be recruited into the movement more easily; generating much more energy than a fast movement used in combat. Lifting movements also allow the body's tendons to help out by storing the energy, then releasing it in a sudden burst, acting like a spring, further amplifying energy output. Therefore--striking energy--based on real-life ratios, is usually much lower than lifting energy.

"It is not lmao."

You going to prove that claim or you just going to continue to make absurd claims, that SERIOUSLY, don't relate to our conversation, and I think it's an incredible waste of our time to go back and forth on it.

"Infinite universes equal to infinite pages; they're both infinite. Divide Infinity by two? Still Infinity."

There are different levels of dimensional infinity if you knew anything about scaling, you'd know that, besides, if Superman lifted an infinite weight, it would not contain a finite amount of space, so again, absurd, another thing to note, Thor didn't struggle with it as much as Kal, he certainly didn't drop it, LOL! It's not infinite, because if it was, he would either of being able to lift it casually, or not at all, because if you have infinite power, you should be able to casually lift infinity, and if you don't, you wouldn't be able to lift it at all.

Superman's story was different, he lifted it, with help, for a second or two, before dropping it, the problem with that is, if you were truly an infinite level being, you would either be able to lift it without a struggle, or not at all, there is no in between, so it must have been finite, and the fact that he needed help, also must logically need it finite, because your clearly absurd idea in your brain is, Superman has infinite power, I'll ask you, if he had that strength, how come he needed Shazam to help him out? Also, Ultraman later lifted that book on his own, but Shazam was clearly more powerful than Ultraman when he intervened between Ultraman and Superman, so how come Shazam couldn't lift it for more than a second, with Superman's help, then Ultravox does it on his own? That's the biggest fallacy I've ever seen.

"Firstly, associated fallacy. Therefore--striking energy--based on real-life ratios, is usually much lower than lifting energy."

Firstly, real-life physics or biology, do not care, about your fallacies or pseudoscience, both striking strength and lifting strength require the same source of power, from your legs, which is where you draw your strength from, if you have weak legs, you won't be able to lift that much, and your punches will be weak, if you have strong legs, you will be able to lift more and have far more powerful punches, a lift is different from a push, a push is explosive, also, a lift can also be explosive, if you're catching it and pressing it up, so your argument would work in the case of Superman not being able to strike at infinity, but not for Thor, as his push was explosive and energised, a press or a push can apply more energy than a punch, have you ever heard of shotput? Oh, wait? You don't do sports or any form of fighting? You just type out what you get from Google? Oh, that's okay!

The second half of what you said is determined by circumstance and scenario, you're relying on the standard squat or bench press, but you're not taking into account the more explosive lifting methods or the scenarios that Superheroes encounter, to catch a meteor flying at you faster than sound, your lifting movements are explosive and quick, not slow, they exert a high amount of kinetic energy (Energy created by movement)

Again, Thor's feat wasn't from a weightlifting competition, he was pushing an engine that contained an infinite number of realms, and unlike Superman's feat, Thor's wasn't full of fallacies.

Another piece of information I wish to address, the book was stated to be infinite by HYPERBOLE! This is some freaking Dragonball shit I'm hearing, the book was ACTUALLY stated to have every book, story or text to ever exist or will exist, in the multiverse, that's still finite because time ends someday, in billions to trillions of years, so really? That lifting feat MIGHT be galactic - universal, while Thor's feat was Low Multiversal, maybe Multiversal, same with Hulk's, how he shook an infinite number of Dimensions by FORCE, COLLIDING WITH SOMEONE! PHYSICAL STRIKING STRENGTH! So your argument of Hulk having that feat under lifting strength is redundant and irrelevant as he was using his striking strength anyway, similar to when he clapped away Darkcrawler's entire cosmos of universes, or when he fought Nightmare and was destroying the Nightmare realm as WELL as the Dark Dimension, so regardless, that's all of his physical striking force, which puts him above Superman, Doomsday, or any other being that's either not skyfather or top tier cosmic entity, Eternity for example.

Death Battle is really sloppy, it's just a cartoon TV show that does minimal research... Go to Superhero Data Base to decipher battles, unlike Screw Attack, the community uses actual feats and evidence and doesn't lowball or wank.

And part 3 where Doomsday wins... The thing about that is, Doomsday literally has no realistic chance of winning, he was killed by brute force TWICE in the comics, which points to him NOT being able to adapt to EVERYTHING, so Hulk could keep beating him to death.

Ugh.... his limitations of his strength, stamina, gamma energy he releases or the backslash of the effect, healing factors of course for the reason why hulk lost to Doomsday, just saying here man

DanielJHowe In reply to Henil031 [2018-08-10 08:13:42 +0000 UTC]

He doesn't have a limitation to his strength, his rage determines his strength, his rage is not like a human's, it doesn't have a glass ceiling, Hulk has god level stamina, basically infinite, he produces infinite levels of energy, able to supply enough to withstand a celestial, Hulk can heal from being DISINTEGRATED, and Hulk has grown a new head in a couple panels, again, I told you, Screw Attack is sloppy.
