Description
I made this a long time ago (way over a year ago), but the product wasn't launched until recently, and now I am officially allowed to show it. This is for the new miniature game from Fantasy Flight Games based on the Mutant Chronicles setting, and I love this setting and had a great time creating these two battle maps.
The box of the game looks great, with beautifully hand painted miniatures. If you're curious, you can check it out on their site: [link]
Made using Photoshop, and some low-poly non-textured rendered 3D objects I made quickly using 3D Studio Max.

Thank you! Back in the days, when I made this one in question, I was subscribing to some kind of a texture library thingie. Didn't really use it that, but I think I used a few to create some of the textures for this one. Today I'm using FilterForge quite a bit, where I can generate textures for both 2D and 3D use. It's all right.
Also using Substance Painter nowadays, which is quite amazing. (3D stuff, though).

cool, Mutant Chronicles is back! used to play the RPG and Warzone, just getting truly hooked as Target AB went bust...
So, Fantasy Flight have got a bundle of classic GW games (Fury of Dracula, WHFRP, etc...) and Mutant Chronicles... my childhood through to my early twenties are reborn...!

Yeah, they seem to bring back old classics. I LOVE Fury of Dracula, by the way. It's great fun to be Dracula, sneaking around tricking the other players, hehe.
I've heard some rumors about a Mutant Chronicles movie too. Don't know how solid that info is tho'.

I know there was a script written in the mid-90's, it was meant to be out in 1999, I think, based on the whole millennium bug paranoia, but when Target AB started struggling they pulled the plug on it and sold the sets to the crew working on a fourth Alien film by the name of Evolutions (as an obsessive fan of Ridley Scott's original, the fourth film doesn't sit right).
Got the new Dracula Xmas before last and played it last summer as Dracula, the rules are a bit different, but the tone's the same (although I got stuck in Denmark at dusk in a garlic-laced room cornered by hunters with pistols...).
Have to get round to trying the new Talisman though... got that last Xmas...
