And all those souls you see on T.V.
may feel lost
and I pray to the Earth that
destroyed your life-longs and your
preparations and your physicality
that you actually just feel lost, but the reality is
that maybe you're just in a wandering
and a wandering always takes you somewhere
but the point of being lost is
that you feel like you haven't gotten anywhere
And I send love letters
like this
to random addresses
and some to people I've met on my very own
wanderings
but the reason this hurts me so much is because
my wanderings were a choice
while the Earth that I pray to forced yours upon you
and your home, and your everything and everybody
But then what hurts me even more
is that
the water didn't only create wanderers
but it also created a decaying nest
of mental emptiness
and a sad physicality instead
that's what some people call dead and others a passing
but it hurts me more then I anticipated because
I've been there
but I've never done that.
