incubus was playing in the background when i got this idea. wanted to draw the sketch part myself but i remembered halfway through that i have 0 talent in drawing.... so *******I used photoshop and manipulation...notebook is from
*****So i uploaded this photo yesterday without expectation that it will actually hit about 7000 views and 150-ish Favorites. So I want to thank everyone for appreciating my work <3

I don't think he is intending to lie. At worst it is a lie of omission, but I think that's simply naivete on the artist's part coupled with stupidity on the part of anyone who misunderstood. If he actually meant to lie by omission then he wouldn't have answered the question about whether or not he drew it so honestly and so straightforwardly, and so many times.
I truly suspect it just hasn't occurred to him to correct every person who seems to have misunderstood. Maybe it hasn't even occurred to him that half of these people have misunderstood.

Oh, by "stupid" I mean people who didn't read the multiple statements by the artist that it wasn't drawn, not "stupid" as in "Omg you couldn't tell right away that it was a manip? You are so stupid."
Obviously you did go through the agonizing sleuthing work of reading the artist notes and first ten comments, so no, you do not fall into my definition of "stupidity."

well good to know that you are one of the few who have seen through it. I really had no intention to lie or fool people tho. I actually pointed out that I used PS and manip. on the first comments. I couldn't log in on my DA account for a couple of days and have not seen the person who gave me the DD's comment on the pencil drawing but it is somehow changed now. If I had seen it earlier I would've told him. I edited the description now to avoid further misunderstanding on this

I disagree with your statement of having no talent in drawing; I think the sparseness of shadow and the lighter strokes denote a wonderful, sketching style!
Also, this is a brilliant concept. I know that people have already done this, but it fascinates me every time. I suppose I should try it...

For a second, I thought you were HOLDING this giant sketchpad, which seemed pretty impressive.. My dreams were slightly crushed of such sketch pads exsisting, but still, I do really love this :]
