...What? Nothing says "Happy Valentine's Day" better than some good ol' Moblin blood 'n' guts.
Finished, uh, a week ago. 
I'm just lazy about getting stuff up - and also sick with the kinder-goblin goo, or something. Thanks for lookin'! 
And have a happy day of love and cartoon-bloodshed. =3...Ooh. And we gots new SUB sub-categories to fan-art, too. Nifty.

I love your artwork. The style you draw in is so awesome!!! but one question... Was it intentional for you to make Link's sword look nice and shiney and clean, or did you just overlook the blood that would on the blade? i was just kind of wondering... but anyways, nice art!

Thanks! Bloodying things up was something I had thought about - not just the blade, but splashing some guts on Link, too - but decided against it. With all the limbs and blood spraying around in the composition, soaking Link in it would have just made things too fussy, when my focus was more the action and motion rather than getting a "Oh my God, Link's soaked in blood!" reaction.
It's one of those creative-calls you have to make sometimes. More blood on the blade and Link would've been the more realistic thing, but wouldn't have helped the focus of the piece (and in fact, could've hurt it).

Haha! Thanks much! I have been trying to simplify things. Tone back the reflective lighting to only when needed, even keeping highlighting to a minimum to try and acheive a more animated look. Thanks for noticin'!

Thanks! Haha! To be honest, I don't have anything against the newer incarnations of him - be it his Ocarina, pierced version or the more uber-cartoon Wind Waker (which I loved). Using the old brown under-clothes, just a nod to my favorite era of gaming. ^^ Old school, old school.

Yeah, I just see everyone using the new green and white getup so it's refreshing to see someone whipping out the oldschool goodness. I'd bet that most of the people on this site who fawn over Link haven't played the first two to four games he starred in!
I also love (and own) Wind Waker. It sort of bugged me that people got their panties in a knot about the look of it. I thought it was stylish! It was a really well put together adventure. Can't wait for the next one, though.
