Work continues apace on Heroineburgh Comics Issue 4, which will come in fall 2023.

Here's the splash page by wayneabrown35 (interior artist Wayne Brown) as Ultra-Machina (the evil cyborg persona of X-Machina) launches into the sky, cheered on by Vaporia and Drake. She will stop at nothing to destroy the Heroine League!

This continues the story from Issue 3, where Vaporia and Drake set off an alarm at night at Cybertech Systems, and ambushed high-tech heroines X-Machina and Cybrina in order to attack them with the nanobot raygun designed by Drake's brother, Crainiac.

Cybrina managed to escape into the Internet, but X-Machina was hit by the ray. The nanobots rapidly transformed the beautiful Chinese engineer against her will into an emotionless techno-organic cyborg, the ultimate fusion of woman and machine.

Calling herself "Ultra-Machina", the new supervillainess followed the bidding of her masters Vaporia and Drake, and resolved to attack the Heroine League headquarters and put an end to the reign of the superheroines.

X-Machina and Cybrina are two of our most popular characters, and they also appear in Issues 1 and 2 of Heroineburgh Comics.
