As part of the Heroverse, After Android 21 got away with the Ultra power chip, Nick Fury acompanied by Glynda Goodwitch ordered a meeting at the Justice Avengers tower.

I heard there's been two crimes committed recently.

In Chicago and Musufatu, yes.

What are these villains doing and why are they stealing things?

Then Bruce Banner shows the paper he receaved from the thief to everyone.

This thief gave me his autograph before he escaped, and his name is "The Boogey Boy"

Boogey Boy? I've of heard of him before!

JARVIS, get me a file on Boogey Boy himself.

JARVIS then activates a holographic file on Boogey Boy emitted from Tony's watch.

That's him!

So he's the one who ordered the stealing of two items...

I remember watching his interview in talk shows, I kinda hated them.

Well whatever he's up to this time, we won't allow it.

Wait, that artifact he stole looked like a purple stone.

Would that be another stone like the Mind and Reality stones?

:iconGlyndaGoodwitchplz: It appears so, if he's planning to take over the world with it. We can't let him keep the stone.

Glynda's right, we need to find his hideout and get that stone!

I'll get Goku and his friends to help since they've dealed with Androids of the Red Ribbon Army before.

And this new plan, Ryan's conjuring up...It ends now!
