Does anyone else have a bad habit of rushing everything they do in life? 😅Over the past few years I've become so much more aware of time. Everything seems to be happening so fast. I feel older, my kids are growing up faster than I realise and I always feel a constant pressure to move as fast as I can with everything I do, rushing my tasks to get onto the next thing. 💨
If there's one single lesson I've learned from working in social media, it's that success is not a sprint. It's a marathon. A triathlon, even. You need stamina, consistency and above all else, patience. 😌
Take a second to breath, to relax and enjoy the moment. ❤️
