hmm. i like the first one better. there are a few slight changes that the coloring makes which i feel make it look less life-like and less like her.
the lack of light on her jaw/cheekbone and on her neck make her head/neck look a little bigger now and less connected. the nose seems to go out further and the upper lip looks taller. the shading on the bangs makes them seem to be hanging rather than blowing. the way her shoulder pad on the right meets her neck makes it look more like it's clinging to her, rather than resting on her shoulder. and this is more of a personal preference, but i liked the squint her eye originally had.
