Here's my version of Mr. Forgetful.

In my version he's Mr. Scatterbrain's young nephew from his older sister, Felicia (Miss Scatterbrain). He harbors his mother's forgetful demeanor and his uncles love for animals. Being Scatterbrain's nephew he harbors some of Mr. Scatterbrain's intelligence however unlike his uncle and mother Forgetful doesn't get entirely confused as them, just dazed at certain things he doesn't understand (ex: Miss Scary's masks).

He has a little crush on Miss Kid and is often friends with her.
