This is another one of Rocky and Andy's six older siblings, Pop (short for Popper). Pop is fascinated with anything that's theater related and would usually make home movies about his life or anything going on around Pouchville, He does help the Disrespectoids on occasion by providing them with video surveillance of things they can't get, he even helps out there clients from time to time. His relationship with Rocky and Andy is usually square, Pop enjoys videotaping his siblings and mostly Rocky and Andy are the occasion main subjects in his video recordings/home movies.

He's also 18 years old..and the Second Eldest of the Crack children.
