When comparing the Blaze Fielding sprites from the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive and Master System versions of the first Streets of Rage, one can notice that the sprites from the Master System version are a quite faithful, yet downsized version of its Sega Genesis counterpart, except for one small detail: a lot of her sprites in the Master System version make her panties visible in the poses which are prone to showing some panty, while the Sega Genesis version (the original) doesn't.
