I was never any good with titles...
The pic portrays the two posing for a picture. R Waul amusingly flashing the 'peace sign' X3 , while our dear Professor just sits there; legs crossed, head tilted, and lips curling into a smile ~ <3
I've been meaning to draw this for the longest possible time!! I'm fairly proud of this piece
As a kid... I did prefer Fievel (goes west) to The great mouse detective... Maybe it was their songs.. they were catchier.. (?) ^_^
I really liked Tiger x3 He made the whole show worth watching XD A cat that could bark X3 ! Have you guys watched Fievel before? <3
Anyway ~
Have you ever noticed the similarities in tastes and attire these two share?
OMG I had a dream that the two of them were good friends XD and have been dying to draw them together ever since!
John Cleese ~ I only found out recently that HE voiced R. Waul's character! ( ermergersh ! ) ~ <3 WOOOT
R. Waul wudda been my fave character... had it not been for the fact that he was a cat. ._. Am sorry ~ Don't have anything against cats... Am just more of a person..
I dunno, to me... these two just seem like ideal friends, or the BEST enemies XD ( Thinking of an animal version of WW2 ) R Waul is a small, slender, intellectual kitty cat, while as Ratigan ~ A big, well-built 'mouse'. The size ratio seems to balance out quite well... (to me) THEY SOH FANCEH ~ !
Excuse my interpretation of Cat R. Waul... it's my first time drawing a cat @_@
What do you think of the two?

I enjoyed Fievel Goes West, thought it was very entertaining with wonderful songs and music (we've got Titanic composer James Horner to thank for that!). I even sang "Dreams to Dream," the Linda Ronstadt version, at my high school graduation.
This is an awesome depiction of the two characters; I could picture them teaming up in the crime world.

Hehe. These two are indeed a set of intellectuals. I remember seeing R Waul as a kid, and he is one clever yet wicked kitty with a desire to kill the mice in An American Tail: Fievel Goes West.

In my fan fiction the two of them worked together really well in their evil scheme to take over America, at least until Ratigan's ego got in the way and Basil exploited it to pit them against each other.
