Well... I'll be Honest with this one, I am a Fan of Shantae, and I do really want to see her in Action in Smash Ultimate.and I'm pretty sure there's a lot of people giving their best effort and meaning for her to get in.
However, Since She's a spirit from Galeem's part, idk how can she get through from this.
I hope WE can see her before is Late.
