This is my prediction for what the shiny form will look like. Do not take this as legit, this is just for fun.Popplio...I've quickly grown attached to it, which is rare for my standards. Please don't be a fail to me like Madagascar 3 though...
Design wise, I can think of artic and grey seals being a perfect option for the shiny coloring. I guess it also works, because clowns and circuses are still a thing... oh well. Better than Sea World, right?

lol I wanted to make the shiny grey too (I love making shiny pokemon that look better than the official shinys so I thought why not making shinys for the new pokemon)
