This is my prediction for what the shiny form will look like. Do not take this as legit, this is just for fun.

Steenee and this makes me want a Bounsweet on my team! Also...I'm scared to see what the rest of DeviantArt creates with this Pokemon. Rule 34 will haunt me to that day.

So anyways...Like Steenee, this theory had some influence from Shiny Liligant and Luka (the Vocaloid). I changed the purple to a lighter pink, but a blend of blue works very well. Additionally, since she is a queen of sorts she needs a royal-red crown!
