Description
Done in PSCS ( trial version is almost up ). I'm very happy with how this turned out considering I wanted to delete it about 20 times whilst making it, but something in my head made me persevere and I'm glad I did. There was one point where all I could make out was her face & the rest was black. The title is inspired by a manga movie called "Spirited Away". I thought with all the neon lights in the world there's gotta be at least one neon spirit out there. I noticed with this pic my style is stagnating a bit so I'll have to try something new soon & I find it hard to stray from using lots of colour & detail. Thanks to the deviants who supplied the materials and tools for this picture

for random2, the swirly pattern that's prominent in the middle of the pic was made with one of these brushes.

The green moon in the background is a picture of the sun with filters over it, downloaded somewhere off the net. The glowing japanese symbols to the left of the sun/moon should translate to electricity/gas, light & spirit from top to bottom. I hope it's right. New CS lens flare for her eyes. A border didn't feel right for this pic so I didn't give it one.
