Description
Some small concepts that I had drawn at the start of my final project. Because I had a large collection of ideas but didn't have things set in stone, I had drawn these to help my thought process and how certain areas and creatures could look, as well as how the human explorer and their equipment interact with those elements.

A lucky coincidence with my themes of sustainability, I used the off cuts of my woodcut prints which I then cut into squares. There are still a whole bunch of them left, and they're like fancy post it notes I can scribble on! So be sure to save your paper scraps if you can!

I did the majority of these little sketches at the start, but occasionally make some throughout my process, just to get those pop up ideas on paper.
