Sorry for the late reply.
I hate to say that I don't follow any patterns when I crochet, but I can try and explain to the best of my abilities.
Basically, for mareep's wool, you make a bunch of half circles by crocheting a circle (single crochet) and increasing until you've reached a desired size, then crochet a few rounds until you've made a half circle.
Use the same technique for the head, feet, and tail, except you're making more rounds to reach a desired length, then decrease until you've closed off the end.
As for the horns, same technique as well, except after the first round of the circle, you decrease the next round, then crochet one full round, then decrease the next round again.
I'm sorry if this doesn't help. If not, I recommend looking for tutorials on youtube. (That's how I learned. . . )
