i took a look at your previous version and i definitely think the retouch looks better. however, it is my opinion that because the moon is so sharply detailed, it brings it closer in perspective and gives it a strange "closely hanging there" feel to it, instead of a distant celestial body emitting light, especially since the rest of the environment appears so misty. you may also consider blurring the perfect circles of light in the top of the towers.
aside from that, i think this work is excellent and you have created an interesting and provocative landscape/scene. i enjoy the lighting and also the dark and foreboding feel the piece has.

Are the moon craters just random? Because I'm definitely seeing a girl in a dress with her arms out in front of her.
Aside from that, the lighting in this piece is spot-on. Every tiny pebble is given attention, and the looming fog is amazing. That castle must have taken forever. The detail is just astonishing.
Definitely a touch-up if there ever was one.

Great scene - totally sucks you in 
If you want a critique, my only suggestion would be to soften the moon, it's sharp details make it sit too far forward. Maybe give it a soft glow, or put some wispy, creepy clouds in front of it?

This is absolutely incredible, my friend. A great retouch. I've fallen in love with the perspective and the atmospheric feeling. Great sense of depth.
