Subject was concluded to possibly possess information pertinent to the guard corruption. In the interim while Javier is delivered, we will attempt to extract intelligence.

The first steps usually involve breaking whatever spirit there is in a victim...

He was blinded. He wouldn't open his mouth. They taped his nose shut to force him to breathe. And then they jammed a tube down his mouth and affixed it with some kind of gag.

"Gnrgh--!!" He chokes a bit as they gag him snugly. He almost vomits from the tube down his throat and the thin amount of air coming through it. It's awkward to breathe that way, to say the least. He's getting lightheaded and heaves on the ground. To his dismay, the air supply doesn't come any easier. When he tries in vain to breathe harder through his nose or mouth, all he hears is the sound of duct tape squeaking as it restricts him.
