twitter.com/Hikerumin/status/1…This artwork is dedicated to my friends. Back in the day we used to play a lot of Minecraft.
The idea was to build a house for our big family. Somehow it turned into the biggest project ever. We built the Neuschwanstein Castle replica with a lot of Easter eggs and fun features.
We also loved playing around with magic mods and the Witchery mod in particular. It was all about magic rituals, flying on broomsticks and stuff like that.
That's why the main location for the artwork is the sky above the Castle. Each outfit is based on our real life appearances, Minecraft skins, favorite items in the game and a lot of lore details.
Surprisingly, more than 7 years since then, we are still good friends and this artwork is somewhat of a family photo for us.
Sooner or later we plan to meet up in Germany and go visit the Neuschwanstein Castle together.
