Haha yeah! Without his other hand, won't his force powers be diminished? Since most Jedi (or sith in this case) normally use their hands to kind of "direct" the force?

No if you watch the 2003 Clone Wars Series, he had his mechanical arm crushed (I forgot how) and he still was able to use the force...

I guess if you think about it, his arm already is mechanical. So technically he never actually has a "hand" to direct the force like I was saying. It must just kinda help them and us visually see what they are doing.
