It's that time again! WOOT!It's that time again! XD
A character from my Supah Sekrit Comic (tm).
Please tell me your first impression of this character- what you can construe just from how I drew him?
Remember, this isn't about the quality of the art, but the character, though comments on the art itself are always appreciated.

On other notes:
1- I wrote a Ginny centred fic (well the begining of one. Check is out HERE . I write very seldomly, but I'm pretty proud (and unsure) of how this has turned out so far. 'Half-Blood Prince' from Ginny's perspective.
2- Shrek 3 today! Woot!
3- I'm not sure, but I think my new waitressing job starts today.

He looks like someone who has seen too much of life to ever look at it lightly anymore. Perhaps he lost something or someone precious to him. A warrior by his cloak, armour and scar across his eye; and a formiddable one at that, swift and deadly if he needs to be. He doesn't talk much, but if he does it is to say something useful. He doesn't let his emotions rule him; prefers being alone and doesn't encourage a lot of friendships.
I don't know if I'm getting too carried away, but i had fun just interpreting all this stuff from your awesome drawing!! hope it's useful.

he looks like hes young but hes had a lifetime of bad experiences and that scar on his face shows intense fights- many of them- he also looks like he's not quick to trust anyone because he was hurt in the past.

Ooh... good looking. I'm thinking either a hero-turned-villain or a villain-turned-hero. Definitely a fighter, and definitely high-ranking. Hard eyes, for a hard soul... yeah, this boy has some major sexy-angst appeal, but he wouldn't angst.
That's what I see. And I love the name.

He makes (or tries to make) himself bigger, stronger, making a stronger impression by wearing the fur and the whole warrior clothes. His eyes do tell he has had a bad time of life, but the scars tell he survived it and was able to defend himself (wether because he is good at self-defense or out of mere luck is not decidable). But in the eyes you also see he hasn't lost the hope for a peaceful life yet. At least not fully, and at least not yet.

Personality? Slyish, brave. Rebelious.
I would think his story would be a leader of a rebellion.
I'll call him Vashk, because the v is different, and the k is sharp, And he looks russian/european. German?
Vashk: leader of the rebellion!
Love interest: a girl as stubborn as he is, yet beautiful. A smexy enemy?
Childhood: Strict, but with a slick father. A father that loves you with a sly smile.
But, when I look at his lips, they are quite thin. So, he may be the bad guy of the story.

He has a wary kind of face and I bet he would look completely different if he smiled. He has the kind of stance that I expect a warrior would have who has been through a lot; he slumps a bit. He reminds me of a hawk.

He looks hardened, like he's been through a lot. Sort of like he hasn't been happy for years. And strong, so I'm guessing he trains a lot, for fighting maybe?

Northern (fur cloak), serious (at least in this picture), possibly a warrior, definitely not gonna take crap from anybody. And I agree that he has a Durmstrang vibe.

HE looks like a Durmstrang. Am i the only one who got that vibe? He looks haughty ans self- centered. He could be the misunderstood good guy. He reminds me a bit of Malfoy. Not his looks, but chracter.

To me, he's the antihero. Dark and intimidating, but not evil. I think he gives off the impression of having a definite purpose, and he knows it! He doesn't seem very lost or uncertain of his situation.

he looks tough, not one to open up easily. perhaps from a strict background [school or family?]. he's got that "permanent grimace" sort of look going on, and he seems like the type who would be in the military, and never takes no for an answer. always striving for perfection, he wouldn't stop until something was top notch, and even then he wouldn't be satisfied. there are so many stories that could be unearthed with this guy, he seems like SUCH a complex character. amazing job, i'm definitely intrigued!

To me, he looks cool, collected, somewhat jaded and serious. If given a sword, he has great potential to be bad ass. I don't think he has a good sense of humor (from the pursed lips), but he could just be good at hiding it.

From first glance, he looks like he's had a hard time getting to where he is at this moment [scar + coat].

he looks like a cold jaded warrior, probibly not too nice. Although he could be a cranky brooding (sp?) character, but has some love to share deep down, he could have potential, like a gruff sort of hereo.
The scar makes me think of Scar from the Lion King, and the uniform made me first think of Victor Krum.

He's obviously been through some tough times before and they've hardened him emotionally. He probably doesn't do much talking. He looks like one of those anti-hero types that are very powerful yet withdrawn, and slightly creepy as well.

Hmm, he seems to me like he's some fierce war general, not in command yet but slyly conniving his way to the top. His allies are uncertain as to how far he's willing to go to get what he wants. No one is sure of where his loyalties lie.....

Hmm... well, he lives some where cold, obviously. And he seems fairly youngish, late 20's? He's seen a lot and been through a lot though, and is hardened.
Is that an earing? I think he might be a bit piratish, not exactly on the "right" side of the law.

But if you can just get him to open up to you... then he's alright, y'know? He strikes me as the type who could manage to live a life in love with a special someone and never tell them, never let on, no matter how badly he wants to... maybe he has a tortured past?
