This is Hinata in her Christmas Town outfit. She transformed into the Sugar Plum Fairy!
At first, her wings are uncontrollable, but she learns that much like the magic in Neverland, the magic in Christmas Town is linked through emotions.
So as she began to believe in herself and be joyful, she began to have control over her wings!
