Explaination for Galactic Materials/ Universal-Beast and how its works:

-General Definition : Is a type required At least 20 Level in total between Light & Dark monsters to obtian 1 Galactic Material Monster.

Specific Definition and how to use it, and what kind of level they have:

-Galactic Material Monster (GMM) is only came with Galaxy Attribute that can only be obtained by having at least 20 Level in total between Dark & Light monster by removing them from play and can be removed them from [Hand/Field/GY/Banish Zone]. The level of Galactic Material called (Quantum Orbit) (QRT) So each One required 20 Level as shown above, These (GMM) are necessary for (Universal-Beast) as they are the main Materials for their Summon as Tuner Monster for Synchro Summon that cannot be done without it or Tributed Material for Obelisk The Tormentor as well, So you cannont performing A Galactic Summon for Universal-Beast without Galactic Materials Monsters.

-Universal-Beast (U-B) : They are the strongest Monsters in this serise as they are the main monsters that can battle against [Div/ne-Beast] evenully match, but they required more than just Tribute Material as they are have a Special Level called : Galaxy Star (GS), and each GS Equal 2 Quantum Orbit that can only be obtained by (GMM) . You cannot use Galactic Materials for any other summons but only for [Universal-Beast]

-You can only place (GMM) in your Extra Deck as well as Universal-Beast, so you can summoned them as you have the required materials, so you dont need to wait until you draw them from Main Deck.

-You cannot use (Monster Reborn) or any other cards to Special Summoned [GMM] and/Or [U-B] from GY or banish Zone and when they destroyed in battle you put them face-up on the top of your Extra Deck rather than sending them to the GYs, Also when [U-B] has more than just 1 GS it means it has the avantage in the battle as they will have the ability to gain the effects of their (GMM), and as condition for this effect The (U-B) must has at least 2 GS.
