Description
I started working on this theme a while ago, but ran into a brick wall with themeing Windows Vista's .msstyle engine, finally figured it out and I was able to get closer to what I actually want to accomplish. I do not know when I'll complete this, but it'll be very soon.
This theme will be for RTM ONLY..

12-15-06 Edited the close button to match the look of Beta 1.
12-14-06 I finally got past the start button issue, this also means that I can also edit Stream.png to have a customized DWM effect. Right now I'm going to concentrate on DWM, then tackle non DWM Aero Basic..
Changed the darn name, looks more like Beta 1 instead of 4074...lol
