Allá por 2017 hice un dibujo sobre cómo los BRICS estaban empezando a alzarse y a ganar una importancia enorme a nivel global. Bueno, pues desde 2022, y más después de la cumbre de este año en Johannesburgo en el decimoquinto aniversario de la creación del Grupo BRICS, el mundo multipolar es ahora una realidad: en la cumbre, el BRICS oficialmente se ha expandido a BRICS+, al aceptar la membresía de Etiopía, Argentina, Irán, los EAU y Arabia Saudí. Además, la desdolarización es inevitable y tengo entendido que el Nuevo Banco de Desarrollo (el banco del BRICS) va a crear su propia moneda digital. Así que sí, el mundo unipolar y colonialista de EEUU está muerto. Superadlo.

(Por otra parte, me acabo de dar cuenta de que prometí en este dibujo , que eventualmente haría un dibujo de los BRICS incluyendo a Sudáfrica. Bueno, aquí está ... Seis años más tarde, pero aquí está. Y h*stia, no me acordaba de que mi primer OC de India era una mujer. XD)

Back in 2017 I made a drawing about how the BRICS were starting to rise and gain huge importance globally. Well, since 2022, and more with this year’s summit in Johannesburg, on the 15th anniversary of the creation of the BRICS group, the multipolar world is now a reality: in this summit, BRICS officially expanded to BRICS+, by admitting Ethyopia, Argentina, Iran, the UAE and Saudi Arabia in. Plus, de-dollarization is inevitable and the New Development Bank will create its own digital currency for it. So yeah, USA’s unipolar, colonialist world order is over. Deal with it.

(Also, I just realized I promised in this drawing I'd eventually do a BRICS drawing including South Africa. Well, here it is ... Six years later, but here it is. And f*ck, I had forgot that my inicial India OC was a woman. XD)
