Yes, it's a girl in a swimsuit wearing goat ears and tail and somehow got inflated and is unable to get up.
And yes, her breasts are jiggling and if this was Christmas, there would be the damn annoying "Jiggle Bells" music that gets struck in your head. ><;
Now I'm gonna hit the hay cuz it's midnight over here *sleeps*

However, there is nothing wrong with your coloring.
What you may wnat to try and making some semi-decent models out of clay, sculpey, or model magic- just the basic forms, and then taking a desklap to model the light across it Then you'll see just where all teh shadows are supposed to go- the more dramatic the shadows, the more dramatic and engaging teh image will be. You have a strong control of the medium- nothing smudgy- so all you really need is a coloring scheme that adds interest. The actual act of coloring, you do well.

And I guess I can give that clay thing a shot but it's a little troublesome for me. But There's always putting a light source in the pic and from there making the shadows, so yeah.
