Description
Trained in the Flower Breathing style (8 forms), Hisui and her brother Oriva grew up under their grandmother, a former Flower Pillar, and passed Final Selection hand in hand. It wouldn't be until a handful of missions into their career that the two would face a demon with the ability to mimic, and Oriva would be killed, that Hisui would be rescued by another boy who had passed the trials alongside them named Giyu.After burying her brother and being sent on recovery leave, Hisui would not return to the Demon Slayer corp until the events of the series take place.
Her technique, once reliant on a Nichirin blade with no guard, has shifted to a wooden sword made from a very old mountain tree. The request for her brother's broken blade to be placed into the wood, as well as his goggles, keep him close to her heart as she seeks to honor him by carrying their dreams on her shoulders.
