Description
During the first weekend of May, my hometown hosts a three day celebration of Dutch heritage. It has everything a festival would usually offer: food, tiny shops, and parades!
Growing up, my siblings and I would dress up in Dutch costumes and march in the parade with our classmates. I've always hated wearing the long dresses that the girls would have to wear. As well as the white doilies hats during a 75 degree weather.
