HOW TO USE .PAT FILES IN PHOTOSHOP-
Option 1: Find the file in your Finder/File Directory --> Right click the .pat file --> 'Open with...' --> Photoshop
Option 2: In Photoshop, go to the Window menu --> Tool Options --> Preset Manager --> Patterns (in the drop down) --> Click the tiny gear icon in the corner --> Load Patterns --> Select the .pat file
