Description
Once just a girl who found a discarded web shooter from spiderman and reverse engineered it, Base has become a vigilante that very vaguely resembles spiderman, mainly only due to her mask and webbing pattern.

Rather than having any spider powers, her undersuit is made of many braces and connectors in a pseudo exoskeleton to give her the ability to withstand the damages a normal spiderperson could take.

Due to her lack of powers, however, she mainly only works stoping small time criminals, though her suit does have built in measures to have super human running speed, but not the stamina for prolonged use.

Due to her lack of natural abilities, she has many types of webbing that vary in lethality and power.

Her main webbing variant is a type of flexible metal razorwire that is made to tear through rubble and is able to hook onto slippery surfaces. She protects her hands from this by using a special thin gel layer that prevents any accidental cutting.

In terms of slippery surfaces, she has a shotgun shell based catridge of extra slippery webbing that is made for sliding on to build up momentum or carefully allow the lowering of citizens to the ground.

She constantly carries catridges of electric webbing

She also rarely carries a highly combustible “fire webbing”.

She has a work in progress version of an equivalent to the “spider armor” series of suits.

Rather than seeing being a hero as a special position, she sees doing good things as a societal obligation everyone should follow, super powered or not.

She’s somewhat socially awkward, partially due to her obsession with explaining her equipment to other people, mostly other super hero types, so rather than having a “friendly neighborhood” persona, she is much more an embodiment of the “neighborhood watch”, taking down criminals swiftly, then leaving soon after.
