originally a birthday gift for a friend, but i ended up running out of time, so here it is, in all it's glory, about 2 months late...

i use photoshop to colour and i have a wacom tablet --> [link] which makes the whole thing a lot easier XP

a tablet can be anywhere inbetween 70 (50 if ya buy it used) [link] and 1000 [link] dollars... and photoshop will probably come with the tablet (if you buy it new)
if you don't get the tablet you probably have to buy photoshop separately and i think that's about 40-50 dollars for an older version and about 80 for the newest...

I just make an open mouth, with no movement at all and write: "Pretend this mouth is actually moving while talking" xD It works fine, haha!
