I haven't really read much about the Twilight saga, but Renesme is born in Eclipse, right?

But she chews herself out of Bella's belly, breaks her spine with a kick, while Bella vomits a fountain of blood, and after Renesmee is born, she bites Bella's nipple till it bleeds. Seriously, it's like a bad horror-parody. Like it wasn't Twilight or something.
